Delete all 15,000+ spam comments

Greetings,

I have more than 15,000 spam comments in my ZenPhoto installation!
How may I class them as spam, and delete them all?

The ZenPhoto is on DreamHost, and I istalled it with Easy Install (One-Click-Install), so I have no access at all to the DB.

For the time being I deactivated the comment_form v1.3.0 plugin. At least this spams are not shown on the pages.

    Well, since you apparently use an old Zenphoto 1.3 you have to access the database or delete one by one.

    The current Zenphoto has bulk action to delete comments. You probably should consider upgrading and using a spam filter like akismet.
