Refresh metadata / Database

Hi

Since I last update my gallery to 1.4.2.2 when I try to either refresh the database or refresh the metadata using firefox, it says it has connected to the database but then end up with a white blank browser (viewing the source shows a totally empty list).

I am using the i-feel-dirty theme.

P.S Just tried it in IE and it shows a HTTP 500 error after a few refreshes!

    If you get a blank page you need to look into your server error log as that most always hints to a php error.

    Try disabling the video-class-plugin. This is a 3rd party tool that reads metadata from multimedia files. Apparently that exceeds an limit on your server.

    That made no difference but it did throw up another error instead - stating bad filename on 4 files, these are the 4 that the plugin SEO cleaner had renamed!

    That plugin was installed after 1.4.2.2 so I think must be to do with that plugin.

    I have removed these files and all is ok I will upload them later without spaces in there filenames and let you know.

    Then please open a ticket with a sorted and details description what you did how.
