How to exclude one album from generating tweets and feeds

Hi,
In my site I have one album, which is not published, but used to handle the images that are shown in the site home page, therefore is not used as a normal album, but for the backend functionality.

I have RSS and tweet_news enabled in my site for pages, news and images, but I would like to exclude this album for generating feeds. My assumption was that the album will not generate any feed since it is not published, but it is not the case.

Any idea on how could I solve this?

Are the photos published or not? I think you'll get tweets if the photos themselves are published but not otherwise.

Also if you are logged in with the necessary rights and use that very same browser for viewing the feed you will get as always also unpublished items.

Log our or use another browser or feed reader to test such things.

Regarding tweets you can tweet unpublished items as well since they are accesible via the direct link always. They just don't appear in menus or else.
