ZenPhoto installed but not accessible

Hello,

I installed ZenPhoto yesterday successfully. But 1 day after my installation - my first access - I have no access.
Even www.yousite.org/zenphoto says:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any suggestions?
