Zen won't read all my files

Good morning!

I installed Zenphoto on my pictures server, which has around 40.000+ files, but it can't seem to read them all!

I installed static_html_cache but I'm not sure it's working, the computer is running for about a week now, with some access to the albuns every now and then, but it only read 1700 pictures.

All around zen (at admin, album page, gallery, etc) I keep getting the FATAL ERROR: MAXIMUM EXECUTION TIME OF 30 SECONDS EXCEEDED IN C:\XAMPP\HTDOCS\ZP-CORE\FUNCTIONS-DB-MYSQL.PHP ON LINE 70 (in different php files and different lines) and it can't finish reading all the pictures.

The machine is running on win7 ultimate, with XAMPP (Apache 5.2.21, MySQL 5.5.16, PHP 5.3.8 and phpMyAdmin 3.4.5), with the GARLAND theme (it happens in default too).

What should I do?

That error means your server is too slow for the task you wish to perform. Recommended read:

Whats the recommended settings for a PC running Zenphoto with 40.000+ 8MP+ pictures?

I currently have a Intel i3 530 @2.93 Hz, 4GB DDR2 800Hz of RAM and a 7200RPM 64Mb Cache SATA hard drive.
