I updated my php on the webserver to 7.4 and now my Zenphoto site does not show any pictures Awsome.

any help would be nice

What version of Zenphoto? Any errors in the logs?

just installed the newest release 1.5.9.
One error I am seeing is zp-data/zenphoto.cfg.php does not exist
but it is there

Sorry, somehow totally misread in a hurry yesterday… Please check the paths if it is really there or if there are other errors like file/folder permission issues so data cannot be written.
