Icon instead of link for printUserLogin_out

Hi,

in my own theme I would like to use the printUserLogin_out function. However, instead of showing the Text 'Log Out' I would like to present an icon. How can I do this?

    1. Use CSS background images for image replacement. See for examples (my favorite method is the Phark one).

    2. Or make your own custom plugin version.
    3. Use an icon webfont for the link text.

    thanks for your fast reply! I am not an expert in HTML/CSS, so I am wondering if you know a theme/example that is using the first mentioned technique? It would be great if I could see somewhere an example.

    Sorry, I don't know of a theme that uses this. You will have to get into it a bit yourself.
