flv player - video cropped, video thumbnail stays even if video is playing

Is this common bug or I'm doing something wrong. Video is sometimes cropped and you can see just a part of it. This happens if I use player version 3. If I use player v4 its ok but then I have another problem, thumbnail is display instead of movie, this happens acasionally, somethimes it's ok. I've tested it on mozilla firefox and Safari and both times it's the same problem.

    I've switched to flow player because I need it fast so I can't send you the link, with flow player everything works ok. I'll try it on some other site, it seems that the problem was server side because the same thing works ok on my local machine.
