Vista Publish Plug-in

I know that the Vista Publish plug-in is not supported but has anyone been able to get this to work? I downloaded the .zip file, uncompressed the file, uploaded the .php to my zenPhoto folder, downloaded the .reg file, installed the .reg file but it does not work.

Am I missing something?
