lost URL cant access Zen

Hello all
I made a big mistake and changed my URL without considering my Zen site .
Now I cant access my Zen at all, how do I change the address at this point and do
my postings still exist ?

    You will need to run setup with the new url in place. Of course the new url needs to encompase the folder where you have installed Zenphoto. If it does not you will need a new installation.

    <path to your install>/zp-core/setup.php. You might need to reupload the setup.php and setup folder as you should have deleted it after installing.
