The Zenphoto object you are requesting cannot be found

Hello everyone,
I recently installed zenphoto 1.2 (couldn't get 1.3 to work properly, kept getting error messages after setup) and I still have some errors. The theme doesn't load properly (default) as you can see: http://badanne.com/index.php

When I click on an album I get :
The Zenphoto object you are requesting cannot be found.
Album: missing.html
Theme page: index
Powered by zenphoto

My hoster is one&one, I tried clearing cache, reinstalling, running setup.php... nothing works, I'm a bit lost and I cannot seem to find an answer to my problem on the forums, I have no idea what I am doing wrong and would love some help!
Any idea would do!
Thanks in advance!
:)

The internal paths are not correct on your server. Try defining the WEBPATH in the zp-config.php file manually. You should find about that on the forum a lot.

Please note that we are only able to support the current version.
  • thank you acrylian, but that doesn't seem to change anything...
I can see though that if I remove "/cgi-system" in front "/cgi-system/zp-core/i.php?a=portfolio%2Fselection&i=DSC_0373.JPG&s=thumb" in the image source of on http://badanne.com/index.php , the image is displayed correctly... any idea where I can remove "/cgi-system" permanently in the code? or why this is displayed at all?
thank you in advance for the help!

As said that is something on your server and is mostly solved by defining the paths manually. I suggest to talk to your webhost. Even Zenphoto 1.3 should run on any "normal" shared host.
  • thanks acrylian, finally managed to change to path to the correct directory, soooo relieved to see my pictures finally!!! thank you very much!
