1.4.1.1 theme options

Seems there is an issue with 1.4.1.1 and theme options that was not in 1.4.1. I cannot uncheck crop thumbnails, Garland theme options most options are grayed out, other oddities here and there....

    Other strange things...starting to think this is my install, but everything seems ok otherwise... strange.

    Using custom theme, cannot check boxes to select pages on which colorbox is loaded on the colorbox plugin options page. Can select the check boxes, but when applied, reverts back to unchecked (same as trying to deselect crop in theme options).

    Note - changing the checks on the included themes work fine, it seems...

    Themes have (always see the note on the page) had the ability to ignore these standard options. Now they have the ability to indicate that this is the case.

    Those distributed themes which have coustom thumbs, etc. will cause the option to be disabled.

    OK - good to know this new feature.

    However, any theme, if I go into theme options, the crop option is checked. I uncheck the crop checkbox and hit apply. Message says changes applied. Checkbox is checked again. So I cannot display sized (not cropped) images.

    Indeed I can reproduce that.

    Another example, I selected the Garland theme, went down to set the menu to my created menu. It defaults back to *standard menu.

    Crop checkbox seems to be fixed in the nightly. However just confirmed this still does not work in 7/7 nightly:
