function doc update (php documentor)

I seem to be running into problems when referencing this documentation. Is it up to date with current release?

    It is for 1.4.1 and since not much changed with the bugfix releases it should be quite uptodate. But maybe I just update it to be sure.

    But also it may be that some doc comments have been forgotten to be updated or something. Found anything specific? You can always look at the files itself for the comments as you know.
