Hi I just installed ZenPhoto today on a local installion and it worked great. I've now uploaded to my server, 777's the albums and cache directories and the thumbnails are not working. If you right click (in Firefox) on the alt text where the thumbnail should be and select "View Image", I get the following error:

If you click until you get to the photo itself you can see the large image.
