My gallery is pretty massive now. Over 30,000 images big. It's difficult keeping it organised and keeping track of things!

Anyway, I'd like to create several dynamic albums based on tags and fields.

Some albums only use tags and some albums only use fields.

Essentially what I think I want is:

"House AND Sheds" plus "Bricks AND Brown AND Yellow"

Where "House" and "Sheds" are my tags (I want to have all those albums) and "Bricks", "Brown" and "Yellow" are my fields (I want to have all those albums) all in the one dynamic album.

My issue is that, at the moment, if I use:

House AND Sheds OR Bricks AND Brown AND Yellow, in my search criteria, I'm not getting the desired results.

Sorry, it's really quite difficult to explain, but if anyone has any ideas or tips as to how I can get this to work, that'd be much appreciated.

No easy answer, did you try to create the albums while disabling respectively enabling those fields you need. Maybe that works out if your albums really have strict separately either fields or tags.

There is no mechanism to cause part of the search to work on tags and another part on other fields. So your search will trigger on those keywords no matter where they are found.

The best bet for specific searches is to use only tags and to appropriately tag the desired elements.

Thanks guys. Yeah, I thought I'd have to create tags instead of fields.

I was kinda hopefully that I may have got the AND's and OR's wrong or we had another word to help create an album.
