I am not sure what you are asking. If you want the the image titles to be shown on the thumbnail page you can change your theme to do so.

Also I suggest that you give your images proper names, either the files itself or the via the admin backend.

We have getTags() for the current image or album. You probably need to make a function to separate the returned array's entries by comma.
