I was wondering, can I create a plugin and use it exclusively on my Gallery?

Of course. The root "Plugins" folder is just for such plugins. It is not overwritten on upgrades the way the Zenphoto extensions folder is.

Obviously I can't create a plugin myself I don't have the expertise to do so.
Could you do it and how much would it cost me, that would be a kind of comment formula
with image sending.
