Hi,
after a long time I must start a new Zenphoto instance because actually I use a old php version and must upgrade complete web server to a new version.
For me it was easier to install a new Zen Setup (not upgrade) because I use not much plugins also only 2 users and copy Albums to new folder.

My trouble is the wrong image structure (mod_rewrite is enabled) on the new install (mod_rewrite is enabled)

folders and subfolders are same:
https://mypage.de/28066/

On image stage it is not the same: from: (this is right!)
https://mypageold.de/dimout1/SL/022_DB.jpg

to

https://mypagenew.de/zp-core/full-image.php?a=28066/kb&i=027.jpg&q=75&wmk=%21&dsp=protected&check=548f08510c14316c18fe9be6c29e6adfca1721fc

.htacess is the same and mod_rewrite on backend also

Maybe there is a small thing I didn’t recognize and hope you can help me

Big thanks
Thevaeth

You don't have modrewrite enabled on Option > General. Setup tries to find that on installing but the test does not always work reliable. If you know you have it enable it.

https://mypageold.de/dimout1/SL/022_DB.jpg

That will not work as that is not a single image page at all and also misses the rewrite suffix so this is not mistaken for an url to an image file itself. Therefore it is also not a full image url (the albums folder is missing in the url) as your other url suggests.

A note to your update process: That is fine that way if you didn't have any data entered on thte back you still need. By installing new and just copying the albums direclty you will loose all that on the new site. If you need to keep all actual contents you need to follow this: https://www.zenphoto.org/news/moving-and-changing-existing-installations/

hi,
thanks for fast comment.
to my setup progress: I have no informations stored because I use it only as image storage for links. that's the reason I need correct (same links).

sorry but I don't know what you mean (used google translator :-) )
on both installs is mod_rewrite activated and no suffix in the field.
its all is the same.

the paths are looking like this: ( checked the url structure again)

on albums
https://old.de/28066/
https://new.de/28066/ all okay

on image also all okay:
https://old.de/28066/kb/027.jpg
https://new.de/28066/kb/027.jpg

on image details it changes from:
https://old.de/albums/28066/kb/027.jpg

to

https://new.de/zp-core/full-image.php?a=28066/kb&i=027.jpg&q=75&wmk=%21&dsp=protected&check=548f08510c14316c18fe9be6c29e6adfca1721fc

when I activate tiny url its the same

maybe .htacess wrong?
thanks

Ah, now I get what you mean. You have probaböy set the full images to be protected. It is then not served directy but via a script. That's also happening if you want watermarks on full images. You find that on Options > Image. That option itself is nothing new.

im sorry but this won't work . at option Originalbildschutz all options are disabled also in old as in new. all this is the same.

Maybe I start a new install again when I don't find the solution.
maybe then it works

Yes, try to re-run setup (no need to re-upload all the files) and look if it reports anything.

all this is the same.
Apparently not ;-) It could maybe help to have a link to the site, maybe we spot something.

As already above I also again only can second that. It's a standard theme and if you didn't modify anything that must be it.
