My photographer and amazing coder friend Nils K. Windisch has just released the first public version of his simple+ theme for Zenphoto (1.0.8.2 compatible). simple+ is a minimalist theme integrating Lightbox and Reflection.js.
Demo You can see the native version of simple+ in action on Nils' photo portfolio or with some slight modifications and a different stylesheet on my new photography website (still under construction).
sorry, can't help you. haven't tested the theme with the video add-on. the reflections features should not work with reflections, but should not break it either.
I noticed a small issue in IE7: probably due to the JS listener, the cursor doesn't properly change to a pointer when hovering on an image in the album view. Maybe a simple `cursor:pointer` in the CSS will do the job, I'll test this later.
just a small notice: i released v0.2 which addresses some display bugs with IE7 (still a horrible browser ...) and will look into the cursor issue soon (i hope)
Nils, I'd like to know what changes you implemented to fix the IE incompatibility, so I can patch my version instead of reinstalling everything from scratch. Do you have your code in a source control repo by chance?
I uploaded a version of this theme with all of the necessary javascript to trac:

@aitf311: i don't feel well with providing a download link containing the licenced files from mootools and slimbox, so i removed the link from the theme description in the wiki. can you please remove the attachment.
thank you and please don't get me wrong (i understand your intentions are good).
nilswindish: both of those are MIT licensed and should be just fine to distribute to individuals for free as no restrictions are set on either one of their (mootools/slimbox) homepages.
We included scriptaculous, jquery and simpleviewer already and there has not been any problem because there is no grounds for one.
