Given the delays possible, should we start async on this list? It isn't real satisfying, but it might make some progress.

We could start on the list; it's nearly as good as chat anyhow and allows for more passive participation. We could have the chat open at the same time and people could come and go to discuss things as they come up. Sounds like a plan...
