Hi,

I can't seem to find the file/function where I can change the code displaying the URL of the albums displayed in the main page.

In my gallery: http://gallery.lomobug.com, if you click on the Holga 135 BC album link, it leads to http://gallery.lomobug.com/holga-135-bc which displays an error page.

I want to change a PHP function that will change the URL from [gallery url]/[album name]; to [gallery url]/index.php?album=[album name].

I checked all of the themes, the URL of the links displayed all the same.

Can anyone help me with this? Maybe there is a fix that I don't know of.

Thanks.

One solution would be try uncommenting the last two lines in zp-config.php and set the paths there. And please try a forum search on "sub domains", there are numerous threads to that.

I decided to find another web album software. I really don't appreciate your sarcasm. Just remember people consider a friendly support when choosing a software to use. I'm out of here.

I am really sorry that you got me that wrong. I do not feel that I was unfriendly or sarcastic. A forum search would have been exactly the same thing I would have done to try to help you, since I didn't have the solution on my mind and didn't know the links to those threads either. So I suggested you do it yourself first, in the hope that you find it faster. You always would have been welcome to come back if not and you are still.

Well, if you are still around, the problem you are having is that mod_rewrite is not working on your server. The solution is to turn the option for this off in the admin gallery options.

Not sure why you were so offended by acrylian's comments. He was trying to be helpful. Perhaps his English useage put you off. If so, you should be ashamed since he is German and doing quite well with English for a non-native speaker.
