Instead of stamping an image on another image, why not use a php feature to place text on an image?

I used it in the past, forgot how it worked, I believe there is php commands to place text on an image, and can adjust the opacity and such...

Wouldnt this be a little more handy to go along side the current watermark system?

such as...

Enter Watermark text:
Copyright 2008 Zen Photo

with a color picker.. and opacity adjustment (percent) and then a font chooser?

Is this possible? Seems like a small and cool feature/upgrade to watermark system

You can create any watermark image you wish using an image editing program. Then place that image in the watermarks folder and use it for your watermark.

code, actually using code would be the same since that text would have to be turned into an image too, to be used as a watermark.
It's easier for us if you use a image editing programm and you are far more flexible with that, too.
