I've been using zenphoto for almost a year now and it's been awesome. It's really improved the ease of maintaining my portfolio online and what not.

What I need to do now though is integrate my current albums with a installation of wordpress. My wordpress installation is fine, but what I've discovered is that my theme (simple+) doesn't generate thumbnails and doesn't support direct links to pictures. That causes big problems for all of the currently available zenphoto plugins for wordpress.

I don't want to sacrifice the smooth feel of simple+ with the lightboxes and what-not, so I figured the best solution would be to attempt to build pages for direct image links and somehow get the theme to generate thumbnails, even if it doesn't use them.

I don't even know where to start doing that.

Am I in over my head here? Are there any ideas that might help me out of this jam?

Did you really check the wordpress plugins and - hacks which are introduced here in the forum?

It seems to me that these plugins would solve your problem

Ugh!

You know, I didn't. I looked all over on the wordpress side for plugins but didn't even think to look here for them.

Thanks for the advice!
