I have just installed zen photo at mulgabill.com and testing out. I'm having a problem with mixing landscape and portrait (orientation of images) in the gallery(s). The portrait ones are being rotated 90 degrees to lay on their side - not good for rivers.

How do I get them to be the right (correct) way up?

How do I get the paypal module working - the forum answers don't match the readme even though others have got it working.

I would really appreciate some assistance please.

To the images, I guess you have wrong exif data here. Zenphoto currently does not rotate images, so you would have to open that with a image editor before uploading.

Paypal. Please consider that we always change things so that forum answer can be outdated. Did you look at our functions guide?

Yeah, um, I'm having the same problem. I uploaded photos that are both in portrait and landscape. Zenphoto is rotating the portrait photos to appear to be landscapes. I'm not sure what exif data is, but what I do know is PRIOR to uploading, I made sure the portrait-oriented photos were already rotated to a portrait orientation BEFORE I uploaded them to Zenphoto.

Zenphoto is rotating them BACK to landscape and there is nothing I can find that will fix that. Which is extremely disappointing because it means I'll have to scrap the whole program and go with something else. Which I really didn't want to do since I like the simplicity of Zenphoto. But if it's so simplistic that it can't handle mixed portrait and landscape, well, it's not much use to anyone.

Sorry, Zenphoto still does not rotate images based on exif data. So if the image is not really portrait format by it's real dimensions it is not shown as such.

What about now?

Is Zen Photo able to change the orientation of a photo?
