I have a question about multilingual.

I installed zenphoto 1.2 but i'm not able to change the admin langage. The weird thing is that i succeded by typing http://mydomain.com/zp-core/setup.php, but the langage changed just for the Master user, and the english langage is set up when i log on another computer

You should upgrade to version 1.2.1 which is the current zenphoto release.

but ... you mean that when Zenphoto will be upgraded to 1.2.1, there will be a submenu in the admin that allow to change the langage ? If yes, why this menu is not present in version 1.2 ???

I did not say that. I mearly suggested you should upgrade to version 1.2.1. That is the current version of zenphoto.
