i instaled the latest nightly build and in admin/plugins i checked the : Thumbs in playlist

than i uploaded flv fie for test but still now showing "Thumbs"

As always you need to have a image with the same name of the flv movie to get a thumb.

i thoyght that u overcome this problem by having that generate automaticaly

As we also said also before generation of thumbnails from movies requires the native ffmeg php extension to be installed on your server. If you have that (I don't) you can try this third party solution: http://www.zenphoto.org/trac/ticket/569
