I've searched the forums, but couldn't find a topic that solves my problem.
I currently have 10 albums in my gallery, but I'd like to have them all 10 in another album (which isn't created yet).

How can I easily do this?

Do you mean you want to move the 10 albums out of the root of the gallery into a subalbum of the gallery (that you will create)? If so, create the new album then go to the admin edit tab and edit each of the existing albums. Use the move function provided there to move them to the new album.

I don't see the move function, maybe that is because I still use version 1.1.3?

That would be the case. The current version of zenphoto is 1.2.2,
