I've been using the recent version of zenPhoto without any incident when one day, http-ing onto the site I get this message on my browser:

Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /var/www/abcorg/htpdocs/zp-core/plugins/static_html_cache.php on line 27
Static HTML Cache folder could not be created. Please try to create it manually via FTP with chmod 0777.

I changed the permission on the file mentioned in the message to 777 and the error still persists. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

You have not told what Zenphoto version. If 1.2.7 try the 1.2.8 RC.

Yes. I believe it is 1.2.7. Ok will give the 1.2.8 RC a try.
