Thanks for that. Well, we are open source so they can modify/fork things but actually they need to republish it under the same licence. It seems they did not really do that. Also it is okay to provide commerical service for Zenphoto.

But I think they should give us the credit/backlink for that and not "sell" it as if it was their product. I guess we need to request that... Would you maybe help us with that? But I will have to dicuss that with sbillard first.

Seems I overreacted a little as the GPL licence of course does allows this even without reference. That's open source. Anyway, thanks for letting us know.
