I use the theme ZpGalleriffic. It includes a Galleriffic slide show. When you click on a picture, the slideshow navigates to the next. It is not absurd but it is not as convenient and intuitive as a colorbox launch ... (there is already links for navigation.)
So, I have to find how to customize this, and I am not a JS or PHP expert (I used to be a AS3 developper ...)

Outside of the SlideShow, the php line that launches the colorBox seems to be :
