Anyone here can make a Guestbook to integrate in StopDesign Theme?

I have tried to integrate a Guestbook on zen but it kept me giving an error. anyone can help would much appreciated.

What exactly do you mean by Guestbook? What would be the difference between and having your users just leave comments?
