I have been trying to retrieve my password, but I do not seem to be getting any response from Zenphoto for a new password.
Welcome then. If you don't recieve a password reset mail on your installation that can be caused by several things:
Workaround is to delete the administrators table in the database and rerun setup to set a new master user.
I cannot believe that my user account does not have an email attached, it is necessary when signing up. I did not create this web page, but had a person from iPower set it up for me, I need help with this. I would not be able to reset the admin table, not sure what that is. Not sure where to get the help.
Thanks for the quick response. I have called ipower and they said contact Zenphoto. I did get a reset email for the forum password and not sure what to do about the admin password. Do you think ipower can help with the admin table?
