When i try to add the image URL to Google+, for example:

http://www.hkgimages.com/pic/shopping/apple/ifc/hkgimages-20110921-073311.jpg.htm

it return broken image:

http://s11.postimage.org/jc24rm2z5/Google.jpg

Anyone know how to fix it?

That url is not an image url but an image page url. Look in the source to see the acutal sized image url. I am not sure if you really want to hotlink that to any service as it might eat up your traffic..
